1.1. Public Offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") — a public proposal made by the Seller, addressed to an unlimited number of individuals, to enter into a distance sales agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") for the purchase of goods on the terms and conditions set forth in this Offer, including all Appendices.
1.2. Ordering Goods on the Online Store Website — the process whereby the Buyer selects items from the range of Goods offered for sale, as indicated when submitting a purchase request on the Online Store website or via a Customer Service Representative.

2.4. The Seller provides the Customer with complete and accurate information about the Product, including its key consumer properties, place of manufacture, warranty period, and shelf life. This information is available on the online store’s website in the “Warranty and Returns” section.
2.2. The online store's Administration reserves the right to amend this Offer at any time without prior notice to the Customer.
2.3. This Offer remains valid indefinitely unless otherwise specified on the online store’s website.
2.4. The Seller provides the Customer with complete and accurate information about the Product, including its key consumer properties, place of manufacture, warranty period, and shelf life. This information is available on the online store’s website in the “Warranty and Returns” section.
3. Pricing and Payment Terms
3.1. The price for each Product item is listed on the Website of the Online Store.
3.2. The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally change the price of any Product item.
3.3. If the price of a previously ordered Product is changed, the Seller undertakes to notify the Buyer of the price change within two (2) days.
3.4. The Buyer has the right to either confirm or cancel the Order if the price is changed by the Seller after the Order has been placed.
3.5. The Seller is not allowed to change the price of a Product that has already been paid for by the Buyer.
3.6. Delivery charges for the Product are either specified on the Online Store Website or communicated to the Buyer by the Operator during the order process.
3.7. The Buyer's payment obligations shall be deemed fulfilled once the Seller receives the corresponding funds.
3.8. Payments between the Seller and the Buyer shall be made using the methods specified on the Online Store Website in the relevant product description.

4.1. The Order of Goods is made by the Buyer through the Operator by phone at +7 (961) 060-56-66 or through the website service of the Online Store www.shop.mycona.ru.
4.2. When registering on the website of the Online Store, the Buyer agrees to provide the following registration information:
4.2.1. the last name, first name, and patronymic of the Buyer or the person indicated by them (recipient);
4.2.2. the address where the Goods should be delivered (if delivery to the Buyer's address);
4.2.3. email address;
4.2.4. contact phone number;
4.2.5. passport series, number, and date of issue.
4.3. The name, quantity, assortment, article number, and price of the Goods selected by the Buyer are specified in the Buyer's cart on the Online Store website.
4.4. If the Seller requires additional information, they have the right to request it from the Buyer. In case the Buyer fails to provide the necessary information, the Seller is not responsible for the Goods selected by the Buyer.
4.5. When placing an Order through the Operator (clause 4.1 of this Offer), the Buyer is obligated to provide the information specified in clause 4.2 of this Offer.
4.6. The acceptance of the terms of this Offer by the Buyer is made by entering the relevant data into the registration form on the Online Store website or when placing the Order through the Operator. After placing the Order through the Operator, the Buyer's data is registered in the Seller's database. Upon confirming the Order for the selected Goods, the Buyer provides the Operator with the necessary information as per the procedure specified in clause 4.2 of this Offer.
4.7. The Seller is not responsible for the content and accuracy of the information provided by the Buyer when placing the Order.
4.8. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the Order.
4.9. The distance selling contract between the Seller and the Buyer is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer's payment is received in the Seller's account.
4.2. When registering on the website of the Online Store, the Buyer agrees to provide the following registration information:
4.2.1. the last name, first name, and patronymic of the Buyer or the person indicated by them (recipient);

4.9. The distance selling contract between the Seller and the Buyer is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer's payment is received in the Seller's account.
5.1. The Seller provides delivery services for the Product to the Buyer using one of the methods specified on the Online Store's website.
5.2. If the distance sales contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") is concluded with a delivery condition, the Seller is obligated to deliver the Product to the location specified by the Buyer within the time frame set by the Contract. If the Buyer does not specify a delivery location, the Product will be delivered to the Buyer's place of residence or registration.
5.3. The Buyer specifies the delivery location when placing the Order for the Product.
5.4. The delivery time for the Product consists of the order processing time and the delivery time.
5.5. The delivered Product is handed over to the Buyer, and in the absence of the Buyer, to any person presenting a receipt or any other document confirming the conclusion of the Contract or the arrangement of the Product delivery.
5.6. Information about the Product is provided to the Buyer in the technical documentation attached to the Product, on labels, through marking, or by any other method accepted for specific types of products.
5.7. Information about the mandatory confirmation of the Product's compliance is provided in the manner and methods established by the technical regulation legislation of the Russian Federation and includes details about the document number confirming such compliance, its validity period, and the organization that issued it.
5.2. If the distance sales contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") is concluded with a delivery condition, the Seller is obligated to deliver the Product to the location specified by the Buyer within the time frame set by the Contract. If the Buyer does not specify a delivery location, the Product will be delivered to the Buyer's place of residence or registration.
